I decided to make one of my husband’s favorite treats for him on Sunday morning. It was really disappointing when he woke up and tasted the icing (as I was slathering it all over his cinnamon rolls), and we realized that the sugar I used was ROTTEN. Since when is that something to worry about (maybe when you only use your powdered sugar once/year?? : ). Any way, we managed to salvage a few of them, which was probably for the best – 12 cinnamon rolls for 4 people spells trouble any way.
